Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Collaborate with senior mentors and team leads on live Operations & Support deliverables.
• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and problem-solving sessions.
• Document technical specifications, test reports, or research insights.
• Optimize processes, workflows, or codebases under guided supervision.

Eligibility & Target Qualifications

• Any Degree (B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, BBA) or Diploma
• Proficiency in core skills: Verbal Communication, CRM Software, Problem Solving.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration attitude.
• Available for a minimum duration of 3 to 6 months.
